Canal Rat Productions is small. If you base the size of a company on net worth, people on staff, annual income or number of shareholders, then yeah, I guess we're small. 'Cause we don't have any of those.

What we do have is artistic freedom. We can do whatever we want, without having some MBA suit from upstairs telling us how to spend THEIR money. We make the films we want to make.  We do this for ourselves.  This way, we can come up with things that are interesting and different. If you try and start second guessing what people might want to see, you end up pleasing no one.

To be fair, we really haven't found our audience yet. And maybe we never will, but that doesn't matter. Because, when you're not concerned about making money, then who cares if nobody watches your shit? We make the films we want to make. Period.
